As founder and managing partner of Skyhawk Partners, Peter Billipp plays an active role in all aspects of the company’s projects. Peter founded Skyhawk Partners after nearly twenty years in the commercial real estate industry, thereby earning the experience, resources and reputation to lead Skyhawk Partners successfully. His projects represent over 4 million square feet of developed lease space in multiple markets and over a half million square feet of acquired private investments. His total transactions in investment sales have a value of nearly $800 million. Through work experiences abroad, Peter has established contacts in Guatemala, Australia, and China, and anticipates developing opportunities in additional global markets.
Peter earned his MBA from Rice University and his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas. He is an active member on the Advisory Council of the University of Texas’ Real Estate Finance and Investment Center, and a member of the Industrial Development VI Forum within the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He serves on the Board of Directors for Covenant House Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of homeless youth across the state of Texas.
Peter also serves on the Parks and Recreation Board for the City of West University, where he resides with his wife and three children.
